Hi there Jim, this one's for you!!!! Here's the recipe .... for 2 cocktails, 8 fl oz vodka, 4 fl oz each of realy good natural pomegranate juice and triple sec. Shake over ice and pour ... yum. No more than 4 each else you won't remember going to bed (from experience!).
This has been one of the craziest and busiest months we have ever had. 100% full on a Monday? Never heard of before. Two of our guests turned up a day early on Sunday so we had to run around and get the one room that was available together. 70% full for last night (Wednesday). Then we discovered we have double booked a room over the Easter weekend. Ooops, only ever happened once before. SOMEONE has to make the phone call .... not me!
Then this morning our guest from London overslept and missed his flight to San Francisco. Panic mode! Luckily he was able to get on the evening flight. Then ... someone was checking out this morning and we discovered our new credit card machine wouldn't take debit cards. Turns out the new pin pad had not been encripted. Had to drag out the old pin pad, disconnected everything, plug in and start all over again! What a palaver!! well, as you can see, life goes on at an hectic pace. Time for another cocktail.
